Drafting and negotiating contracts for "Engineering Services"

In response to the requirement to comply with the "Sequential Liability Act" which also applies to certain types of outsourcing for development, negotiations were conducted with various suppliers for an entirely new contract.

Key points of these contracts are: "Protection of Patents, Non-Disclosure, WKA, Liability and clear commercial agreements".
